Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2021 and later Chairperson of Ooredoo Maldives in December 2021, boasts 18+ years in telecom. Notably, she made history at Ooredoo Kuwait, as the first woman Board member (2018-2020). Formerly Ooredoo Qatar's Chief Consumer Officer, she became the Group's Chief Commercial Officer. In her current role, Fatima leads strategic human resources management, fostering a modern, efficient, and agile work environment. Joining Ooredoo in 2006, she held the role as Ooredoo Group's Executive Director of Marketing. Fatima holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Qatar, an Executive master's in leadership from Georgetown University, USA, and an MBA (Marketing specialization) from the University of Liverpool, UK.

Wolfgang Amann, a professor at HEC Paris, has led educational programs since 2014, accumulating 25 years in academia. With four doctorate degrees in international strategy, psychology, educational leadership, and philosophy, he completed faculty development programs at Harvard, IESE, EFMD, and IMD. Nayef Al-Ibrahim is the CEO at Ibtechar, leading a team providing practical innovation solutions. With over a decade in innovation and recognized by the World Economic Forum, Nayef is listed among Qatar's Best 50 SMEs twice. His expertise lies in strategic thinking, team management, and agile framework use. Nayef holds a civil engineering degree from Qatar University and an MBA from the American University in UAE. With over 11 years of experience in reservoir engineering, she obtained her bachelor's degree from TAMUQ in 2011 and completed a master's in Women, Society, and Development in 2020. Serving as the Vice Chairperson of the Qatar Women Engineers Association (QWEA), she actively advocates for science and women in engineering, participating on advisory boards and co-authoring technical papers. Her master's thesis, focused on women's leadership in the oil and gas industry, was published. Engaging globally, she presents technical topics and coordinates engineering camps. Florencio “Rhency” Padilla is the Founder & Managing Director of Perky People Limited – an HR consultancy specializing in Employee Experience. Rhency has more than 20 years of work experience in different industries in Asia & the Middle East. Balvinder is English of Indian origin, resident in Madrid, Spain. He is a Business & Finance graduate who also studied a Masters in Mediation from the University of London. He has extensive experience leading business, social, cultural, media and technology projects in Spain and internationally. His main skills include internal and external communications, creative & strategic input, business development & senior management, team leadership, relationship management & business mediation. Balvinder is passionate about the importance of building strong and effective teams and enabling projects, which push boundaries.
