Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2021 and later Chairperson of Ooredoo Maldives in December 2021, boasts 18+ years in telecom. Notably, she made history at Ooredoo Kuwait, as the first woman Board member (2018-2020). Formerly Ooredoo Qatar's Chief Consumer Officer, she became the Group's Chief Commercial Officer. In her current role, Fatima leads strategic human resources management, fostering a modern, efficient, and agile work environment. Joining Ooredoo in 2006, she held the role as Ooredoo Group's Executive Director of Marketing. Fatima holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Qatar, an Executive master's in leadership from Georgetown University, USA, and an MBA (Marketing specialization) from the University of Liverpool, UK.
H.E. Sheikh Mansoor Bin Khalifa Al-Thani stands as a distinguished figure in the realm of global entrepreneurship, amassing more than two decades of experience. Renowned for his visionary leadership and ventures characterized by innovation, he remains committed to expanding the horizons of business and nurturing a global ecosystem for entrepreneurs. His extensive portfolio spans diverse sectors, encompassing information security, online training, aviation, renewable energy, and health solutions. With a strategic focus, Sheikh Mansoor operates on a global scale, exerting influence across regions including the Gulf, UK, Europe, Singapore, Latin America, Canada, Australia, and the USA. His multifaceted endeavors reflect a dedication to pushing the boundaries of business and contributing to the advancement of entrepreneurial landscapes worldwide.
Wolfgang Amann, a professor at HEC Paris, has led educational programs since 2014, accumulating 25 years in academia. With four doctorate degrees in international strategy, psychology, educational leadership, and philosophy, he completed faculty development programs at Harvard, IESE, EFMD, and IMD. Amann advises senior leaders, serves on boards, and published 50+ books and 100 case studies for executive education. Certified for psychometric tests, he received awards for teaching and research. Outside academia, he engages in long-distance running and Ironman races, embodying a commitment to intellectual and physical challenges.
With more than 15 years of experience in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational culture enhancement, I bring a proven track record of success in HR leadership roles. Rooted in the UK/Europe and with extensive experience in multinational corporations, Birgit has effectively advised on transformative projects, emphasizing change, stakeholder management, and Learning & Development.
