Currently, he is the Co-founder and CEO of Shaffra, an innovative company at the forefront of AI Workforce solutions and Metaverse Workplaces. Under his leadership, Shaffra leverages proprietary AI technologies and a unique rendering engine to deliver bespoke AI solutions that enhance productivity and minimize operational errors. Alharith’s visionary approach is transforming how businesses operate, empowering corporations and governments with advanced AI employees capable of handling a wide range of tasks from data management to customer service. His work is setting new industry standards, leading to Shaffra being named one of the “Future 100” companies shaping the UAE’s economy. Today, Shaffra is backed by prominent investors including STC, Flat6Labs, and other notable Saudi and international angel investors, reinforcing its position as a deep-tech pioneer in the AI domain. He previously lead global digital transformation efforts through his company, Skiplino, providing services to world leading organisations such as Harvard University, Delta Airlines, and the United Nations in Geneva. Forbes Middle East named two companies he cofounded, “Skiplino” and “ONEGCC” among the 15 most innovative technology companies and among the top 100 most influential tech companies in the Middle East. Alharith was appointed Chairman of the Bahrain Chambers Technology and Digital Economy Committee.
Through his work in the committee he also spearheaded efforts to attract global investments to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s technology sector. Regionally, Alharith was selected by the UAE’s Ministry of Youth’s Arab Youth Centre as one of the 100 Most Influential Young Arab Pioneers, a program held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He was also named Youth Ambassador by the Arab Thought Foundation in KSA, a program under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalid Al Faisal Al Saud. Alharith also cofounded Level Z, MENA’s first Startup Factory producing some of the region’s most innovative startups. The first startup that Level Z launched was Skiplino, a cloud-based crowd management software company that is now used by governments, banks, and telecommunication companies in more than 30 countries worldwide. Alharith also cofounded ONEGCC, an employment platform focused on matching job seekers with opportunities in the GCC, based on their skills and personalities, which helped employ tens of thousands of GCC nationals. Before starting his journey in tech entrepreneurship, Alharith was an investment executive working in multi-billion dollar investment funds in Bahrain, KSA and the UAE. Fahad focuses on transforming HR into a value adding and strategic business partner by building strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and translating them into HR deliverables.

With a robust background in various HR functions, Refan previously served at Siemens Ltd. and is currently the Succession Management Director at stc.
