Florencio “Rhency” Padilla is the Founder & Managing Director of Perky People Limited – an HR consultancy specializing in Employee Experience. Rhency has more than 20 years of work experience in different industries in Asia & the Middle East. Fatima Sultan Al Kuwari, appointed Group Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2021 and later Chairperson of Ooredoo Maldives in December 2021, boasts 18+ years in telecom. Notably, she made history at Ooredoo Kuwait, as the first woman Board member (2018-2020). Formerly Ooredoo Qatar's Chief Consumer Officer, she became the Group's Chief Commercial Officer.
