With an educational background that includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami, postgraduate studies in France, and a master’s from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, Al Hajji has built a powerful foundation in leadership, strategic communication, and organizational growth.
Currently, Al Hajji serves as the Vice President for Public Affairs and Alumni Relations at Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), where he leverages his internationally acclaimed expertise to drive impactful global connections and foster strategic institutional growth. His career highlights include his role as Vice President at TotalEnergies UAE, and prior to joining MBZUAI, he enhanced partnerships and alumni relations as an expert at UAE University. Known for his authoritative leadership and dedication to CSR, Al Hajji has consistently driven organizational success and community engagement.
A dedicated community leader, Al Hajji has held key positions including President of Alliance Française Abu Dhabi, Vice President of Manzil, a center supporting people with determination, and Chairman of the Advisory Board for the College of Science at UAEU. His commitment to youth empowerment, diversity, and inclusion has earned him several accolades, such as the Middle East Diversity and Inclusion Award and recognition for the best CSR project in MENA. Notably, he established the "Sultan Al Hajji Education Award" through the Toastmasters Club of Abu Dhabi and founded the TABK Academy, underscoring his commitment to leadership development and educational excellence.
As a dynamic motivational speaker and host of the "SAH Time Show" podcast, Al Hajji addresses topics ranging from leadership and CSR to the Golden Age of Arab Sciences, making him a prominent voice in international forums. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, he bridges cultures, enhancing collaboration on both regional and global platforms. Through his work, he continues to embody and promote the UAE’s visionary commitment to innovation, education, and community engagement.

Dr. Sergey V. Kravchenko

Sergey is a leading expert in civil aviation, airlines industry, engineering, and metallurgy, with extensive experience in innovation and high technologies. At Boeing Company (1992-2023), he served as Vice President and contributed to the Boeing 777 and 787-Dreamliner projects. As President of Boeing Russia, Ukraine, and CIS (2003-2022), he established Boeing engineering centers, manufacturing ventures, and training facilities. He received the Aviation and Aerospace Technologies Week Laurels Award for his work on the Boeing 787 program. With over 50 scientific papers and 19 patents, Sergey has served as an independent director in metallurgical companies. Post-retirement from Boeing in 2023, he consults for Boeing and BP while teaching at Imperial College London and other global universities. He serves on the Board of Directors for Alder Renewables (US) and Shaffra (UAE), focusing on biofuels and AI Metaverse services respectively.

Academia is her second home. She is an adjunct professor and researcher at IE Business School in Madrid. She teaches leadership, mentorship/sponsorship, and inclusive leadership classes. Patrycja loves learning and challenging her critical thinking. She uses this to link academic knowledge with business practice. Her doctoral research examines how leaders navigate a sense of inclusion while maintaining core beliefs, values, and norms.

A Telecom Veteran Turned Advocate for Business Empowerment
Mohamed Alsayed is a telecom professional with 25 years of experience, having held leadership roles at some of the region’s most prominent telecom giants. His career spans strategic positions at du in the UAE, Batelco in Bahrain, Fastlink in Jordan, Zain Group in Kuwait, and more recently the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) where he served as Advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer.
After a distinguished corporate journey, Mohamed transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding Accelera – Bahrain’s first Consulting 2.0 firm - a consultancy that brings the expertise of global firms to small and medium-sized businesses. Driven by a mission to foster economic growth and improve livelihoods, Accelera reflects his belief in making impactful, high-quality consulting accessible to businesses that form the backbone of the economy.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mohamed is passionate about giving back. He has mentored young entrepreneurs through a number of government-sponsored programmes and also conducts regular workshops for solo entrepreneurs and micro-business owners, sharing practical knowledge in marketing, sales, and customer experience on a volunteering basis. His volunteer work reflects his commitment to empowering individuals and creating opportunities for those who might otherwise be overlooked, and this work has earned him an honorary Doctorate degree in Business Strategy.
Mohamed holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Buckingham in the United Kingdom, and is also an alumni of executive courses at the London School of Economics, London Business School, and MIT-Sloan.
